Oxytocin Injection may be used for the following conditions: in dystocia due to uterine inertia, especially in dogs, cats, and swine; to evacuate tissue and debris from the uteris in cases of pyometra or endometritis; to prevent or arrest post-partum uterine haemorrhage; to treat agalactia in cows and sows; to aid in evacuation, debridement and drainage in mastitis.
Indications
Each mL contains: oxytocin 20 USP units.
